Zucchini Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3 deglet noor dates, diced (OR 1-2 tsp sugar)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 or 1/2 grated zucchini (adjust to preference)
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken while you stir.
Once it simmers, cook for 3-5 minutes or until it’s at your desired consistency.
