Turmeric Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (use more if you prefer)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of turmeric
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 sliced banana (optional)
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Allow to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and serve
