Turmeric Ginger Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (use more if you prefer)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of turmeric
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 sliced banana (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and serve
