Golden Milk Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of turmeric
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cardamom
- 1 mashed banana
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk ⭐️
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir to combine than bring to a simmer
Allow ingredients to cook and thicken for 3-5 minutes
Remove from heat and serve as desired
