Golden Milk Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of turmeric
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cardamom
  • 1 mashed banana
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk ⭐️

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir to combine than bring to a simmer

  2. Allow ingredients to cook and thicken for 3-5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and serve as desired
