Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder or 1/2 tsp fresh
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 mashed medjool date or 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk + a splash of milk in the morning ⭐️

Preparation

  1. Add oats, seasonings and milk and stir to combine and set in fridge overnight

  2. Before enjoying oats, add banana and date and stir to combine

  3. Adjust flavors to your preference and if needed add a splash of milk to adjust consistency to your preference
