Cardamom Spiced Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Reheat frozen berries in the microwave.
Add a bit of chia seeds and maple syrup to the berries and let it thicken.
Bring all oatmeal ingredients to a simmer and cook until thickened to desired consistency.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally combining with the berry mixture.
