Overnight Oats with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 medjool date
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for banana in a container of choice.
When mixed, seal and place in fridge overnight for oats to soak.
Prior to serving the next day, add in mashed banana and mix to combine.
Serve as desired. Feel free to reheat in the microwave for one minute or have it cold.
