Chai Flavored Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 mashed medjool date
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware container the night before
Give a good stir and set in fridge overnight (or if you forget like I tend to do, give it at least an hour)
Top oats with different fruits, nuts or seeds
