Not So Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • not so overnight oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 mashed medjool date
  • pinch of cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (i used almond milk)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together and set overnight in the fridge

  2. You can leave it in a bowl, place in a Tupperware container

  3. Whenever you are ready to serve just top with your favorite fruit and eat it

  4. If you want it even sweeter feel free to add some mashed banana to this too
