Overnight Oats with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (I used almond milk)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana together and set overnight in the fridge.

  2. When ready to serve, add in mashed banana and top with your favorite fruit and eat it.
