Simple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (almond milk used)
  • 1 mashed medjool date

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana and set in the fridge overnight.

  2. Add toppings such as banana, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, and hemp seeds before serving.
