Simple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (almond milk used)
- 1 mashed medjool date
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except banana and set in the fridge overnight.
Add toppings such as banana, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, and hemp seeds before serving.
