Matcha Latte Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup oatmilk (or other plant based milk)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Using spoon/spatula to mash date up
Stir to combine and allow the froth and thicken for 4-5 minutes
Remove from stove and prepare to serve
Top with your favorite fruit
