Matcha Latte Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup oatmilk (or other plant based milk)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Using spoon/spatula to mash date up

  3. Stir to combine and allow the froth and thicken for 4-5 minutes

  4. Remove from stove and prepare to serve

  5. Top with your favorite fruit
