Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 100g (about 1 cup) of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 (heaped) tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 large medjool date, chopped
  • 300ml (1 and 1/4 cup) unsweetened plant milk
  • (optional) pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar.

  2. Let sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, mix it again with a spoon.

  4. Transfer to serving cups or bowls.

  5. Top with peanut butter and jelly.

  6. Add something crunchy like puffed grains or chopped nuts.

  7. Enjoy!
