Peanut Butter and Apple Spiced Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 heaping tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 apple diced (reserve other half for sautéing to put on top)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve topped with some sautéed apples and extra berries.
