Cosy Bowl of Creamy Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 apple
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- ginger
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- 1/3 cup water
- salt
- peanut butter
- pumpkin seeds
- maple syrup
Preparation
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil over medium-high heat.
Add diced apple, a few shakes of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of ginger.
Sauté for about 5 minutes until the apple has softened.
In a small saucepan, add 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup oat milk, 1/3 cup water, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat while stirring until thick and creamy.
Serve the porridge with the sautéed apples, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, and maple syrup.
