Banana Sweetened Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of cardamom
  • pinch of ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until oats are your desired consistency

  3. Top as desired
