Banana Sweetened Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Stir and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until oats are your desired consistency
