Spicy Oats with Maca and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced up
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to thicken as desired and remove from stove top.
Top with fruit and peanut butter.
