Spicy Oats with Maca and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced up

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to thicken as desired and remove from stove top.

  3. Top with fruit and peanut butter.
