Healthy Maca Oatmeal with Banana and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana, sliced
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add liquids and sliced banana and mix together.
Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken for 3-5 minutes.
Pour into bowl and serve with fruit.
Tips
Feel free to use more almond milk if you want a different consistency.
