Healthy Maca Oatmeal with Banana and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. Add liquids and sliced banana and mix together.

  3. Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Pour into bowl and serve with fruit.

Tips

  1. Feel free to use more almond milk if you want a different consistency.
