Healthy Maca Oatmeal Breakfast with Fresh Berries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • coconut
  • sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. Add liquids and sliced banana and mix together.

  3. Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Pour into bowl and serve with fruit.

  5. Adjust the amount of almond milk for desired consistency if needed.
