Vanilla Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • kiwi
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • Rainer cherries
  • coconut

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes to thicken, then remove from heat.

  3. Serve the oats with desired toppings.

  4. To roast coconut, preheat oven to 350F and toast for about 3 minutes until golden around the edges.
