Vanilla Oatmeal with Fresh Fruits and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
Toppings
- peanut butter
- kiwi
- blueberries
- raspberries
- Rainer cherries
- coconut
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 3-5 minutes to thicken, then remove from heat.
Serve the oats with desired toppings.
To roast coconut, preheat oven to 350F and toast for about 3 minutes until golden around the edges.
