Cardamom Oats with Fresh Fruits and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch cardamom
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- kiwi
- blueberries
- blackberries
- banana
- peanut butter
- some nibs
- pepitas
- puffed millet
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook while stirring frequently until the oats thicken and become creamy, about 5 minutes.
Top with kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, banana, peanut butter, some nibs, pepitas, and puffed millet.
