Healthy Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 grams rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 75 grams blueberries
- 200 ml oat milk
- Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation
Combine rolled oats and oat milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until oats are soft.
Stir in cinnamon, peanut butter, and chia seeds.
Top with sliced banana and blueberries.
