Afternoon Banana Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chunks
Preparation
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil
Add 1/2 cup rolled oats and cook until tender, about 5-10 minutes
Mash half of the banana and mix it into the oats.
Stir in 2 tsp maple syrup and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Slice the remaining half banana.
Top with sliced banana, blueberries, peanut butter, and chocolate chunks.
