Afternoon Banana Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil

  2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats and cook until tender, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Mash half of the banana and mix it into the oats.

  4. Stir in 2 tsp maple syrup and 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  5. Slice the remaining half banana.

  6. Top with sliced banana, blueberries, peanut butter, and chocolate chunks.
