Banana Flax Oats with Cinnamon and Raspberries

- 1.5 cups water
- half a chopped banana
- ground flax
- cinnamon
- raspberries
- date nectar
Preparation
Cook 0.5 cup old fashioned oats, a pinch of salt, 1.5 cups water, and half a chopped banana on medium heat until thickened and the banana is melted.
Stir in ground flax and cinnamon.
Top with warm raspberries and a drizzle of date nectar.
