Banana and Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Banana coins
  • Dark chocolate pieces (80% cacao preferred)

Preparation

  1. Cook 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with banana coins and dark chocolate pieces.
