Baked Oatmeal with Banana and Blueberries
Ingredients
- half a banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- vanilla
- blueberries
- cinnamon
- bananas (for topping)
- peanut butter
- maple syrup
Preparation
Mash half a banana with 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup almond milk.
Add vanilla, blueberries, and cinnamon.
Top with sliced bananas.
Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes until the top is crispy.
Top with peanut butter, maple syrup, and extra cinnamon.
