Baked Oatmeal with Banana and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • half a banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • vanilla
  • blueberries
  • cinnamon
  • bananas (for topping)
  • peanut butter
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mash half a banana with 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup almond milk.

  2. Add vanilla, blueberries, and cinnamon.

  3. Top with sliced bananas.

  4. Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes until the top is crispy.

  5. Top with peanut butter, maple syrup, and extra cinnamon.
