Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Banana slices
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a jar, combine gluten-free rolled oats and almond milk.

  2. Add maple syrup, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon to the jar.

  3. Gently mix all the ingredients in the jar until well combined.

  4. Add blueberries to the mixture and stir gently.

  5. Secure the jar lid and shake to thoroughly mix all ingredients.

  6. Refrigerate the jar overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors.

  7. The next morning, remove the jar from the refrigerator.

  8. Top the overnight oats with banana slices and a dollop of peanut butter.
