Sweet Chia Pudding with Almond Milk and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
Preparation
Add the first four ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.
Transfer the blueberry milk mixture to a sealable jar, add chia seeds, mix well, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, mix the pudding again to ensure no clumps, cover, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
Add desired toppings and enjoy. For example, add raspberry smoothie and granola for added texture.
