Sweet Chia Pudding with Almond Milk and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add the first four ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.

  2. Transfer the blueberry milk mixture to a sealable jar, add chia seeds, mix well, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  3. After 5 minutes, mix the pudding again to ensure no clumps, cover, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.

  4. Add desired toppings and enjoy. For example, add raspberry smoothie and granola for added texture.
