Easy Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a mason jar, stir together the chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup then put the lid on and shake the mixture to combine everything

  2. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir or shake to break up any clumps of chia seeds, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set overnight so the chia pudding is nice and thick, not liquidy and if it’s not thick enough, add more chia seeds, about 1 tablespoon

  3. Top as desired
