Pink and Blue Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina or 1 tablespoon pink pitaya
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Preparation
Add chia seeds to your jar or container.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well to ensure all chia seeds are scraped off the bottom.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or leave overnight for breakfast.
