Vanilla Chia Pudding with Granola and Fruit
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashew milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1+ tsp maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a large glass measuring cup or bowl.
If pressed for time, whisk to activate the gelling of the chia seeds and turn it into pudding quickly.
Place in fridge to set.
