Vanilla Chia Pudding with Granola and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1+ tsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a large glass measuring cup or bowl.

  2. If pressed for time, whisk to activate the gelling of the chia seeds and turn it into pudding quickly.

  3. Place in fridge to set.
