Homemade Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Bring the frozen raspberries and chia seeds to a boil and stir for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.

  2. Add the maple syrup.
