Double Waffle Pb&j Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 100g frozen raspberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 5g chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀
Preparation
In a pot place in the frozen berries along with 2 tbsp of water, mix in the chia seeds and continuously stir until the raspberries are softened
Place a lid on the pot and Allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid to form a jam
Take off the hob and leave to cool! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
