Double Waffle Pb&j Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen raspberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 5g chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. In a pot place in the frozen berries along with 2 tbsp of water, mix in the chia seeds and continuously stir until the raspberries are softened

  2. Place a lid on the pot and Allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid to form a jam

  3. Take off the hob and leave to cool! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
