Strawberry Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a small pot over medium low heat, heat strawberries and raspberries together.

  2. Use a large spoon to mash berries together until they lose shape and raspberries release juices.

  3. Add maple syrup and simmer for 10 minutes until berries break down.

  4. Add chia seeds and continue to simmer over low heat for 5 more minutes until thoroughly broken down.

  5. Allow to cool completely before using.

  1. This jam contains no artificial additives and lasts longer than expected.
