Easy Vegan Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 5g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a pot, place the frozen berries along with 2 tablespoons of water, mix in the chia seeds and continuously stir until the raspberries are softened.

  2. Place a lid on the pot and allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid to form a jam.

  3. Take off the hob and leave to cool.
