Raspberry Orange Chia Jam Pb&j on Multigrain Wasa Crispbread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Zest of one orange

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, add the frozen raspberries and heat over medium heat to fully thaw.

  2. Lightly mash the thawed raspberries with a cooking spoon or spatula.

  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add maple syrup, chia seeds, and orange zest.

  4. Allow the mixture to sit and gel for at least 10 minutes or refrigerate for a few hours for a thicker jam.

  5. Spread the raspberry chia jam on your favorite Wasa Crispbread, preferably Multigrain Crispbread.
