Easy Vegan Parfait with Homemade Pomegranate/raspberry Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds (1 big fruit)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 or 2 tablespoons chia seeds (white)
Preparation
Blend the pomegranate seeds and raspberries together.
Pour the mixture into a jar and mix in the chia seeds.
Let it sit for approximately 15 minutes to thicken.
Enjoy the homemade pomegranate/raspberry jam with vegan cultured yogurt, chia pudding, fresh fruits, and quinoa puffs.
