Easy Vegan Parfait with Homemade Pomegranate/raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds (1 big fruit)
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons chia seeds (white)

Preparation

  1. Blend the pomegranate seeds and raspberries together.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar and mix in the chia seeds.

  3. Let it sit for approximately 15 minutes to thicken.

  4. Enjoy the homemade pomegranate/raspberry jam with vegan cultured yogurt, chia pudding, fresh fruits, and quinoa puffs.
