Homemade Berry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berry blend or fresh berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Preparation
Place 1 cup of frozen berry blend in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until thawed.
Add 1 tsp of chia seeds and mix well.
Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Stir the jam.
Use it to top bowls or store in the fridge for later use, where it will thicken more for spreading over toast.
