Homemade Berry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berry blend or fresh berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Place 1 cup of frozen berry blend in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until thawed.

  2. Add 1 tsp of chia seeds and mix well.

  3. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  4. Stir the jam.

  5. Use it to top bowls or store in the fridge for later use, where it will thicken more for spreading over toast.
