Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut milk
  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Make peanut milk by blending 1 cup water with a spoonful of salted natural peanut butter.

  2. Shake all ingredients together in a mason jar.

  3. Store in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to firm up.
