Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut milk
- 2/3 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Preparation
Make peanut milk by blending 1 cup water with a spoonful of salted natural peanut butter.
Shake all ingredients together in a mason jar.
Store in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to firm up.
