Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut shreds
  • Optional: maple syrup to sweeten

Preparation
