Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Coconut
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut shreds
- Optional: maple syrup to sweeten
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as frozen mango, banana, and cinnamon.
