Vanilla Chia Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) plant milk
- 1/2 cup (90g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Fruit for topping
Preparation
Mix together the chia seeds, plant milk, and vanilla extract in a container.
Ensure all of the seeds are under the surface of the milk by whisking with a fork.
Place the container in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
Serve straight from the fridge with your favorite fruit toppings.
