Vanilla Chia Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) plant milk
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Fruit for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix together the chia seeds, plant milk, and vanilla extract in a container.

  2. Ensure all of the seeds are under the surface of the milk by whisking with a fork.

  3. Place the container in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.

  4. Serve straight from the fridge with your favorite fruit toppings.
