Easy Chia Pudding Breakfast Option
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup plant milk (oat or almond)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well.
Mix several times during the first 10 minutes to avoid lumps.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings, such as nut butter, berries, nuts, chocolate, and coconut.
