Simple Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat makes for the creamiest pudding!)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbs maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Pour your chia seeds into a medium mixing bowl with the coconut milk
Using a whisk, mix the contents until well combined
Mix in your maple syrup (if using) or any other flavor you would like to add
Pour into small jars and refrigerate for about 2 hours or let it sit overnight for breakfast the following day
When ready to eat, i like top mine chia pudding with some bananas ?, coconut flakes, and something crunchy ?
