Simple Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (full fat makes for the creamiest pudding!)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbs maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Pour your chia seeds into a medium mixing bowl with the coconut milk

  2. Using a whisk, mix the contents until well combined

  3. Mix in your maple syrup (if using) or any other flavor you would like to add

  4. Pour into small jars and refrigerate for about 2 hours or let it sit overnight for breakfast the following day

  5. When ready to eat, i like top mine chia pudding with some bananas ?, coconut flakes, and something crunchy ?
