Chia Seed Pudding with Coconut Milk and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mason jar with a lid and shake.

  2. Set in the fridge overnight.

  3. Remove from the fridge when ready to eat.

  4. Top with strawberries, mango, blueberries, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
