Chia Seed Pudding with Coconut Milk and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a large mason jar with a lid and shake.
Set in the fridge overnight.
Remove from the fridge when ready to eat.
Top with strawberries, mango, blueberries, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
