Vegan Chia Pudding with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set
Top with fresh fruits such as blueberries, mango, or raspberries before serving
