Vanilla Chia Pudding Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • 20g chia seeds
  • 100ml plant milk or other liquid (120ml for more liquid)
  • maple syrup
  • vanilla or tonca
  • raspberries
  • soy yoghurt
  • cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a jar.

  2. Let it rest for ten minutes, then stir again and place in the fridge.

  3. Prepare the layers by smashing raspberries with vanilla and syrup.

  4. Add soy yoghurt and top with a few cocoa nibs.

  5. This recipe is perfect for on the go; use frozen raspberries to keep it fresh and cool.
