Vanilla Chia Pudding Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 20g chia seeds
- 100ml plant milk or other liquid (120ml for more liquid)
- maple syrup
- vanilla or tonca
- raspberries
- soy yoghurt
- cocoa nibs
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a jar.
Let it rest for ten minutes, then stir again and place in the fridge.
Prepare the layers by smashing raspberries with vanilla and syrup.
Add soy yoghurt and top with a few cocoa nibs.
This recipe is perfect for on the go; use frozen raspberries to keep it fresh and cool.
