Matcha Chia Pots

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 sachet matcha
  • pinch of pure vanilla powder
  • pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together on and off for about 10 minutes until all lumps are gone

  2. Add to mason jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight

  3. In the morning later with fresh kiwi (or any fruit of your choice), gf granola
