Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk or any milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup or honey

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mason jar and stir until well combined

  2. Place the lid on the jar and give it a good mix

  3. Let it set in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight

  4. Top with whatever fruit/nut/granola you have on hand and enjoy
