Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 cup oat milk or any milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup or honey
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a mason jar and stir until well combined
Place the lid on the jar and give it a good mix
Let it set in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight
Top with whatever fruit/nut/granola you have on hand and enjoy
