Matcha Latta Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup homemade almond milk
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined
Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving or if you have time, overnight
Optionally top these chia puddings with some non-dairy yogurt and a sprinkle of matcha powder
