Chia and Avocado Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 small-medium avocados
- 1/4 cup dairy free milk + 1 tbsp. as needed to blend to your consistency
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- good pinch of sea salt (about 1/4 tsp)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until combined
Add the extra tablespoon of milk as needed
Serve in a cup/bowl with extra toppings like berries, banana and/or granola
