Chia and Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 small-medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup dairy free milk + 1 tbsp. as needed to blend to your consistency
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • good pinch of sea salt (about 1/4 tsp)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until combined

  2. Add the extra tablespoon of milk as needed

  3. Serve in a cup/bowl with extra toppings like berries, banana and/or granola
