Matcha Chia Pudding with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1 c milk (almond milk used)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve topped with puffed quinoa, coconut yoghurt, and strawberries.
