Matcha Chia Pudding with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1 c milk (almond milk used)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Serve topped with puffed quinoa, coconut yoghurt, and strawberries.
